OUTLOOK INTO THE FALL

The Seasonal Outlook (not a forecast) for the rest of the summer into early fall is "Above Average Temperatures" and normal rainfall. NW NJ has had frost as early as late September and measurable snow by early October. One would not expect that this year ?
The warmest part of the summer in late July into the first week of August.
