 OUTLOOK FOR NW NJ WINTER WEATHER

...is for above normal temperatures with average snowfall for the region. That should result in 2-4 snow days this winter.  Last year was much below average snowfall  and it is somewhat rare to get 2 years in a row of such low numbers
